MealEnders Review

9/8/2020

Do you ever leave the table feeling overstuffed? Wishing you hadn't had those last few bites?

It takes your brain about 20 minutes to communicate a full stomach to the brain, and it's during that time we often over eat.

A product called MealEnders is targeted at this overfull problem. When you're starting to feel full, you can take a MealEnder to help distract your body while your stomach signals to your brain that it's full - avoiding that overfull feeling.

You can read more about the product at www.mealenders.com

What the lozenges look like
MealEnders are small lozenges with a hard center and softer outer coat. As you suck on the lozenge, the outer coat wears away and you're left with the tingly hard lozenge.

You get a tingly feeling on your tongue that is meant to engage your trigeminal nerve to distract your mind from overeating.

They come in 4 flavors (all of which I tried). The flavors include chocolate mint, cinnamon, citrus, and mocha.

I think the multiple flavors is a pro, because some of us prefer mint, some prefer chocolate, and some are fruity-all-the-way after a meal. If you often feel like you need something sweet in order to "finish" your meal, going for one of the sweet flavored MealEnders may be a great choice for you.

The tingly feeling was a surprise to me, and felt more like my tongue was numb after the dentist than a "distracting me from eating" feeling.

As someone who is often tempted by mindless eating, the flavor of these MealEnders didn't get rid of that problem for me. I just found myself snacking on the lozenges! If you are looking for a way to signal the end of your meal with something pleasant to look forward to, then I would say give MealEnders a try. If they don't work well for you, the company has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so you've got nothing to lose.
