discuss it with your boss
If you feel comfortable doing so, discussing your issue with your boss may be helpful - especially if you have previously enjoyed the role but recently found it to be stressful. THere may be changes that can resolve the issue more easily than you thought.
consider a change
If you feel like the company culture is the problem, a sideways move to a different company could produce better results than trying to change your existing role in the same company. A new company gives the opportunity for a complete change of culture, which could re-energize your passion for the job itself and allow you to enjoy a new direction in your career.
change your career path
If it's not the company or your existing role that's the issue, it may be the career path overall. If a sideways move or a promotion won't change your outlook, then maybe you need a bigger change. As we mature, our idea of the "perfect career" may change. Exploring different career options and what's needed - more education? certifications? Adult education has been improved by tech advancements and "going back to school" may be far simpler than enrolling at your local college.
